Refund policy
At VOID, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product.
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item arrives defective.
- The wrong item was received.
To request assistance, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
